Islamabad – First ever Pakistan Property Exhibition will be held from 29-31 October, 2015 along with International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS 2015) in ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.
The exhibition will attract International and Pakistani expatriates to invest in real estate sector. Pakistan Property Exhibition aims to bring together developers, real estate advisers, private and institutional dealers from the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific regions under one roof.

Pakistan real estate market is assumed to be in the range of $200bn and $400bn, with overseas Pakistanis investing approximately $2-3bn — or 15-20pc of the last economic year’s total remittances — into the real estate market. Pakistan received $16bn in remittances in the last financial year. Of this, $2-3bn was directly invested in real estate.
Expatriates from India, Pakistan and the Philippines are the biggest money senders in the UAE, remitting a total of $20.2 billion (Dh74 billion) in 2014, according to a new report.
