Short introduction
Cora Schumacher is a German model and former racing driver. She came into the public eye primarily through her marriage to Formula 1 professional Ralf Schumacher. Their son David, who was born in 2001, also comes from this marriage. In addition to her work as an erotic model, she herself was relatively successful in motorsport.
early life
Cora Schumacher was born under the name Brinkmann in 1976 as the daughter of gas station tenant Gerd Brinkmann and his wife Ingrid in Langenfeld near Düsseldorf. After graduating from school, Cora completed an apprenticeship as a communications specialist. She also occasionally worked as a model and posed for revealing photos. In 2000, Cora moved to the German capital of Berlin for a few months, where she worked in sales for the jeans manufacturer Diesel.
Career
In 2001 she met her future husband, motorsport professional Ralf Schumacher, to whom she was married until 2014. The two married first in the strictest secrecy in Ralf’s villa near Salzburg, before they performed the church and public wedding shortly thereafter. In the year of the wedding ceremony, their son David was born, who is now also active in racing. A year after the birth of their son, Cora was featured on the cover of the October 2003 issue of men’s magazine GQ. The blonde’s racing career began in 2004 when she took part in the “Mini Challenge Germany”. There she was able to take 18th and 23rd place in the first two races. In the overall ranking of the event in 2004, however, Cora only took 27th place. Cora was also active as a presenter in the music show “Top of the Pops” and was also seen on the cover of the men’s magazine Maxim. After completing the 2005 season of the Mini Challenge, Cora switched to the Seat Leon Supercopa in 2006, which took place as part of the DTM.
Career highlights
The then 29-year-old signed a one-year contract with Seat in 2006, which earned her a sum of EUR 500,000. Cora counted with it, four best-paid racing drivers in Germany. The Seat racing series started in front of around 100,000 people. After a few years of abstinence from the racing scene, Cora was active again in the cockpit and again drove for the Mini Challenge. There she was able to finish 19th place at the end of the season after her comeback and even achieve her best performance the following year with 14th place in the overall ranking. Her enthusiasm for motorsport was also reflected in some acting performances. In 2006, she took on a voice role in the Disney animated film “Cars” and was also seen in smaller guest roles, including as a racing driver in the soap “Marienhof” and in the action series “Alarm for Cobra 11”. In 2015, Cora was featured on the cover of the German edition of Playboy. Three years later, the former racing driver took part in the TV show “Celebrity Big Brother”, which brought her additional media attention. There she finished 7th.

Amazing Facts
The first ceremonial wedding event between Cora and her now ex-husband Ralf took place in a very private setting, on their own premises. This setting was so private that not even Ralf’s brother Michael knew about the wedding ceremony.
The actor Ralf Bauer met the young Cora in a bistro at Düsseldorf Airport many years ago. He wanted to buy her a coffee and tried to flirt. However, Cora didn’t respond at the time as she had only recently married. A few years later, after the divorce, the two met again on the TV show “Lets Dance”, where advance attempts took place again.
