Lisa Marie Presley is a singer and only daughter of Elvis Presley and his wife Priscilla Boulier Presley. She is also the ex-wife of Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage. When her father died in August 1977, nine-year-old Lisa Marie became joint heir to his estate with her grandfather, Vernon Elvis Presley, and great-grandmother, Minnie Mae Hood Presley. After the deaths of Vernon in 1979 and Minnie Mae in 1980, she became the sole heir and inherited Graceland. In 1993, on her 25th birthday, she inherited the estate, which had grown in value to an estimated $100 million. In 2004, Lisa sold 85% of her father’s estate.
In the late 1970s she attended her first rock concert, after which she saw Queen at the Forum in Los Angeles. She gave Freddie Mercury one of her father’s scarves after the show. She studied in many educational institutions, mainly in boarding schools. She has been expelled from Los Angeles schools several times for drug problems (particularly cocaine). Lisa Marie was a student at the Los Angeles School of Scientology for a time. Lisa Marie and her mother Priscilla Bole Presley were introduced to John Travolta. Lisa began using drugs at age 13, but with the active help of the Church, she was freed from drug addiction at age 17. The career of singer Lisa Marie began after meeting the famous actress, author and singer-songwriter Linda Thompson, who for some time was close to her father Elvis Presley.
Marie released her debut album in April 2003 and called it To Whom It May Concern. The album Now What followed later. In 2002, she and businessman Neil Bush (brother of President George W. Bush) spoke out against the medical treatment of children with mental disorders at a US Congressional hearing. Her parents’ life story, birth and childhood until her father’s death in 1977 were detailed in her mother’s book Elvis And Me.
After Elvis Presley’s death at Graceland on August 16, 1977, his will appointed his father, Vernon Presley, as executor and trustee. His Net Worth had shrunk to $5 million. The beneficiaries of the trust were Vernon, Elvis’ grandmother Minnie Mae Presley, and his nine-year-old daughter Lisa Marie Presley, whose inheritance was to be held in trust until her 25th birthday. After Vernon’s death in 1979, Elvis’ ex-wife Priscilla Presley was named in his will as one of three trustees. The others were the National Bank of Commerce in Memphis and Joseph Hanks, who had been the Presleys’ accountant. With the death of Minnie Mae Presley in 1980, Presley became the only surviving beneficiary named in her father’s will. On her 25th birthday in 1993, Presley inherited her father’s estate, which had grown to an estimated $100 million thanks to her mother’s stewardship.
In 1998, Presley became more closely involved in the management of the Elvis Presley Trust and its business unit, Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. (EPE). She was the owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors until February 2005 when she sold an 85% interest in CKX, Inc., excluding Graceland itself and the property therein.
Lisa Marie has been married 4 times. The first marriage to Danny Kio took place on October 3, 1988. This marriage produced two children, Riley Kio, born May 29, 1989, and Benjamin Storm, born October 21, 1992. Lisa Marie divorced Danny Kio on May 6, 1994. Two weeks after the divorce officially took effect, Fox married Marie Michael Jackson (May 26, 1994). The wedding took place in the Church of St. Stanislav in the town of Altos de Chavon. Despite the fact that their marriage lasted a year and a half, the couple’s relationship continued until 2003. Lisa Marie was also married to Nicolas Cage. However, they divorced after about 3.5 months (more precisely – 109 days after marriage).
In 2006, the singer married for the fourth time, her choice fell on Michael Lockwood, guitarist and producer. On October 7, 2008, Lisa Marie Presley gave birth to two twin daughters, Harper and Finley. On June 13, 2016, Presley filed for divorce from Lockwood.

On June 26, 2011, Presley received a Certificate of Proclamation from Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu in recognition of her dedication and contributions to the City of New Orleans. A proclamation issued by the City of Memphis on June 28, 2011 states:
“Lisa Marie Presley is a humanitarian and philanthropic worker who remains focused on the hometown of Memphis she knows and loves. Through her efforts and time, she has improved homelessness, literacy, and raised funds for local charities and organizations. It raises awareness of Memphis and what a person can do when they put their mind to it.”
I’m not good with admiration if it’s something I haven’t done.
I’m more of a tomboy than anything else.
People who have been in my life for a long time would scowl and try to control me and all sorts of weird things would happen.
